I offer a holistic approach to therapy that combines traditional talking therapy with an understanding of the body, nervous system, and overall wellbeing. My aim is to help you gain deeper insight into yourself, heal from past experiences, and create meaningful, lasting change.
At the core of my work is talking therapy. Using an integrative approach, I tailor therapy to your individual needs, drawing on a range of therapeutic models. My work is strongly influenced by attachment theory, helping you understand how early relationships may impact your current emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
Our experiences are not only held in the mind but also within the body. Somatic therapy helps increase awareness of how stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotions are experienced physically. By working with the nervous system, we can support greater regulation, resilience, and wellbeing.
Breathwork can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, calming the nervous system, and strengthening the mind-body connection. Where appropriate, I may incorporate simple breathing practices to support emotional regulation and self-awareness.
Drawing on my background in healthcare, I recognise the important role that lifestyle, nutrition, and overall health play in emotional wellbeing. Alongside therapy, I may offer guidance around nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle factors that can support mental health and nervous system function.
All sessions are 50 minutes. Each session costs £70. I offer face-to-face and online sessions and I work with both Adults and Children.
